Group Fitness 

Group Fitness classes are expert-led and programmed by our Vitality Staff. We have scheduled classes that fit many different goals and levels of experience. 

Choose from classes such as:

  • Strength Training for Runners

  • Youth Sports Performance

  • Older Adult Fitness - Balance & Strength Focused 

  • Beginner Strength Training

  • Advanced Strength and Conditioning

These classes allow us to offer large groups that have similar goals the expert-led programming and coaching cues they need to succeed.

One-on-One Training

One-on-One training. Get uninterrupted time with professionals who have 10+ years of experience in the fitness world. Prior to becoming Doctors of Physical Therapy, our staff held positions in various gyms as trainers and coaches. This brings a unique level of knowledge that no other personal training company can provide. 

Small Group Training

These are groups of 2-4  with 1 PT. If you have some experience being in the gym or with movement in general, these sessions are for you. No need for someone to count or observe every single rep, but still there to direct, coach, and motivate you. All sessions are still individualized and catered to you, factoring in your history and goals. These are not cookie-cutter exercise sessions where all clients follow the exact same plan. These sessions are designed for you.
